Advanced Resources Machine Shop

Hi, I’m Jordan Sampson, project engineer at Advanced Resources in Wadsworth, Ohio. Today, I want to go over some of our capabilities in the machining and fabricating world.

In-house we have two Tsugami M0ASY CNC lathes. These machines have live or static tooling with up to 12 stations. They fit a 2.5 inch bar through the spindle, and one has a 12 foot hydro bar, bar feeder.

The Z axis travel on both machines is 16 inches, while the X axis is 8.7. The compound Y axis features a plus or minus two inches of travel, and most parts can be machined without a second op.

We also have an in-house engineering department and tube bending capabilities as well. In addition to our in-house CNC turning work, we also partner with local machine shops and fabrication facilities to provide quality parts.
